Head Chef Chris is serving a five-course menu starring the very best of Pezzano’s WA seafood, paired with some of Millbrook Winery'’s award-winning wines.
Expect dishes like fresh oysters and scallops, delicate white fish and shellfish dishes, and a finale designed to impress. Millbrook’s team will be there sharing insights about their wines, while Pezzano’s seafood experts talk all things fresh from WA waters.
