Grown right here in Perth, The Mushroom Guys are all about top quality WA mushrooms and plenty of interesting varieties making their way from farm to plate.
Expect dishes like twice baked mushroom soufflé with crispy golden enoki and cava beurre blanc, housemade gnocchi loaded with pioppino and grey oyster mushrooms and even chocolate mousse with porcini to finish.
Throughout the evening, guests will hear from both producers as they share the stories, passion and products behind each course in a relaxed and intimate setting.
