Each month we’ll be teaming up with some of our favourite producers and wine legends for special dinners, seasonal Chef's Picks and weekly specials worth checking out.

Kicking things off in June, it’s all about The Mushroom Guys paired with an incredible selection of Italian wines.

The Chef’s Edit

A three-course menu putting The Mushroom Guys in the spotlight. Earthy, hearty and full of flavour, with optional wine pairings and a housemade limoncello to finish things off.

Collab Dinner

Head Chef Chris is serving a five-course menu starring the incredible WA mushrooms from The Mushroom Guys, paired with Italian drops.

Expect dishes like twice baked mushroom soufflé with crispy enoki, housemade gnocchi with pioppino and grey oyster mushrooms, and chocolate mousse with porcini to finish.

The Mushroom Guys and David Mullen will be on hand sharing stories and insights throughout the night, making it a relaxed, delicious and very local winter feast.
